Why become an Andrews Forest LTER Member?

  • Gain access to resources, such as funding, equipment, long-term data, and expertise. Notification about special events, opportunities, activities, and meetings that relate to the Andrews Forest Program are shared with all members via our email mailing lists.
  • Plug into our extensive network, which is useful in connecting with prospective research collaborators, in searching for jobs and graduate program searches, and in gaining familiarity with other ecosystem research programs.
  • See your science in the broader context afforded by the Andrews Program's broad, growing, interdisciplinary understanding, and learn more about your science through the interactions with others outside your discipline.

Who can become an Andrews Forest LTER Member?

Any researcher or student is welcome to become a member!  Our current members include researchers and students who are involved in research and activities at the Andrews Forest or who use Andrews Forest data.

Members become connected to the Andrews Forest LTER community through our email lists, which are used to share information about special events, opportunities, activities, and meetings that relate to the Andrews Forest Program.  Members are displayed on the Andrews Forest LTER Directory
