STUDY PURPOSE/GOALS:                              FULL ABSTRACT
  To quantify long-term changes in storm hydrograph behavior
  associated with clear-cutting and road construction, and to
  examine alternative hydrologic mechanisms to explain hydrograph
  changes in western Oregon.
