	HJA WS 3 Sediment Basin Shot-crete completed and curing at WS 3 sediment basin. This is the 3rd sediment basin constructed in this watershed. First was constructed in 1957, before the 1964 flood. The second was constructed in 1965, following the inundation of the first basin. This is the third basin constructed as a result of the Feb. 1996 debris flow which covered the second basin.
