This electronic publication series describes preliminary results from long-term permanent vegetation plots in the Pacific Northwest. The oldest set of plots dates back to the 1910's, while the most recent to the 1980's. In these reports we have summarized data on the location, environment, structure, and soils of these forests. In some cases we have included dynamic variables such as growth, change in biomass, and mortality. Detailed data for many of the plots are available online from the research section of our website. You can also find data and metadata connections in the reports themselves. |
