                    heavy loam; strong, fine granular structure; 
                    soft when dry, very friable when moist, 
                    nonsticky and nonplastic when wet; 15% shot; 
                    abundant  fine, medium, and coarse  roots; 
                    gradual and wavy boundary.

AC  9 - 27 in.      Yellowish red (5YR3/6) when moist gravelly 
                    heavy loam; moderate, medium granular 
                    structure; soft when dry, very friable when
