                    gravelly silt loam; moderate, fine subangular 
                    blocky breaking to strong, medium granular 
                    structure; friable when moist, slightly 
                    sticky and slightly plastic when wet; 25% 
                    gravel and cobbles; abundant roots.

AC  7 - 20+ in.     Very dark grayish brown (10YR3/2) when moist 
                    stony loam; weak, medium granular structure; 
                    loose when moist, slightly sticky and 
                    nonplastic when wet; 25% stones; common roots.
